About these terms

These terms will govern your use of Local Fund once we launch lending. During the pilot, the service is for demonstration and onboarding only.

The refundable fee

On personal loans, a small fee is added to the amount you borrow and is fully waived when you repay on time. If repayment is late, the fee may be retained — the exact terms will be set out in your loan agreement.

Eligibility

You must be 18+, a UK resident, and within an active Local Fund area. Business funding is available to UK limited companies and PLCs.

Your agreements

Any loan or investment is governed by the specific agreement you sign, which takes precedence over these general terms.
